Overview:

Trenlii is a vibrant, real estate technology company in Nanaimo that provides analytical tools for agents, brokerages, and associations to sort, interpret, and share residential real estate market data.

Trenlii Consulting is a division of this exciting company that operates through a team based approach and communicates with clients through educational support. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who is driven to maintain client relationships previously made and present Trenlii services to agents, teams, and brokerages to perspective clients.

Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, as well as a willingness and ability to speak publicly. You will work with an in office team to present Trenlii products and services in a certain region, while also creating awareness and sharing the value of new and existing Trenlii products with real estate professionals in that same region.

Responsibilities:

  • Turn new sales opportunities into long term partnerships
  • Present products to perspective clients and leads
  • Keep records of sales and data
  • Develop and manage relationships with agents and brokers through continual contact and education of existing and new Trenlii products until conversion to client.
  • Create awareness of the support Trenlii can offer an agent and/or broker as they build and manage their business.

Position Requirements:

  • Ability to present in multiple settings
  • Ability to convert leads to clients
  • Willing and eager to work within a team to reach predetermined goals
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of technical systems
  • Adaptable to new technology products
  • Proficient in Libre Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience as an Account Executive or in the sales field is an asset

Bonus Skills:

Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce
